In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the provisions of the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Republic of Benin on Phytosanitary and Quarantine Requirements for the Export of Soybeans from the Republic of Benin to China, the import of soybeans from Benin that complies with the relevant requirements is hereby permitted with immediate effect from the date of issuance of this Announcement.
