In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of China and the provisions on the inspection and quarantine requirements for cocoa beans imported from S？o Tomé and Príncipe as specified by the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (GACC) and the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries of the Democratic Republic of S？o Tomé and Príncipe, the import of cocoa beans from S？o Tomé and Príncipe that meet the relevant requirements is permitted from the date of issuance of this Announcement.
