In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the provisions of the Protocol on the sanitary and phytosanitary requirements for Mozambican alfalfa products exported to China agreed between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as “the Chinese side”) and the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Fisheries of the Republic of Mozambique (hereinafter referred to as “the Mozambique side”), the import of alfalfa from Mozambique that comply with the relevant requirements is hereby permitted, effective as of the date of this Announcement.
