In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the provisions of the Protocal on the inspection and quarantine requirements for Mozambican wild aquatic products exported to China agreed between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Chinese side) and the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Fisheries of the Republic of Mozambique (hereinafter referred to as the Mozambican side), the import of wild aquatic products from Mozambique that comply with relevant requirements is hereby permitted, effective as of the date of this Announcement.
