In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the provisions of the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China (GACC) and the Ministry of Agriculture, Water, Fisheries, Livestock and Marine Resources of the Republic of Djibouti (hereinafter referred to as the Djiboutian side), the import of wild aquatic products from Djibouti that comply with the relevant requirements is hereby permitted with immediate effect from the date of issuance of this Announcement.
