From May 1, 2026 to April 30,2028, China will implement zero-tariff treatment (hereinafter referred to as “zero-tariff treatment”) for 20 African countries having diplomatic relations with China that are not classified as least developed countries. Goods from the aforementioned countries that comply with the rules of origin under the zero-tariff measures will be eligible for zero-tariff treatment upon export to China.
