To expand high-level opening-up and promote the common development of China and Africa, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Tariff Law of the People’s Republic of China, zero-tariff treatment will be implemented for 20 African countries having diplomatic relations with China that are not classified as least developed countries from May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2028. The list of countries and relevant tariff lines and rates are provided in the Annex.
