In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the provisions of the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China (GACC) and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia on Phytosanitary Requirements for the Export of dried cassava from Ethiopia to China, the import of dried cassava from Ethiopia that comply with the relevant requirements is hereby permitted with immediate effect from the date of issuance of this Announcement.
