In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the provisions of the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China (GACC) and the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock of the Republic of Zambia on Sanitary and Phytosanitary Requirements for the Export of Heat-processed Silkworm Cocoons from Zambia to China, the import of heat-processed silkworm cocoons from Zambia that comply with the relevant requirements is hereby permitted with immediate effect from the date of issuance of this Announcement.
