In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the provisions of the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Department of Agriculture (DoA) of the Republic of South Africa on Phytosanitary Requirements for the Export of fresh stone fruits from South Africa to China, the import of fresh stone fruits from South Africa that comply with the relevant requirements is hereby permitted with immediate effect from the date of issuance of this Announcement.
