In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the provisions of the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Republic of Congo on Phytosanitary Requirements for the Export of Shelled Peanuts from Congo to China, the import of shelled peanuts from Congo that comply with the relevant requirements is hereby permitted with immediate effect from the date of issuance of this Announcement.
