In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the provisions of the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Trade, Industry, Regional Integration and Employment of the Republic of the Gambia on Phytosanitary Requirements for the Export of Peanuts from Gambia to China, the import of peanuts from Gambia that comply with the relevant requirements is hereby permitted with immediate effect from the date of issuance of this Announcement.
