In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the provisions of the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and Food Safety and Quality Authority of the Republic of Gambia on Inspection, Quarantine and Sanitary Requirements for the Export of Cashew Nuts from Gambia to China, the import of cashew nuts from Gambia that comply with the relevant requirements is hereby permitted with immediate effect from the date of issuance of this Announcement.
