In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the provisions of the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Malawi on Inspection, Quarantine and Sanitary Requirements for the Export of Macadamia Nuts from Malawi to China, the import of macadamia nuts from Malawi that comply with the relevant requirements is hereby permitted with immediate effect from the date of issuance of this Announcement.
