In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of the Arab Republic of Egypt on Sanitary and Phytosanitary Conditions for the Export of Beet Pulp from the Arab Republic of Egypt to China, the import of beet pulp from Egypt that complies with the relevant requirements is hereby permitted with immediate effect from the date of issuance of this Announcement.
