In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the provisions of the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service of the Republic of Kenya on Inspection and Quarantine Requirements for the Export of Frozen Avocados from the Republic of Kenya to China, the import of frozen avocados from Kenya that complies with the relevant inspection and quarantine requirements is hereby permitted. The specific requirements may be consulted on the official website of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China(http://www.customs.gov.cn).

This Announcement shall take effect from the date of its issuance.
