In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the provisions of the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Sudan on Phytosanitary Requirements for the Export of Shelled Peanuts from the Republic of Sudan to China,the import of shelled peanuts from Sudan that complies with the relevant requirements is hereby permitted with immediate effect from the date of issuance of this Announcement.
