In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the provisions of the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia on Inspection and Quarantine Requirements for the Export of Mung Beans from the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to China, the import of mung beans from Ethiopia that complies with the relevant requirements is hereby permitted with immediate effect from the date of issuance of this Announcement.
