In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the provisions of the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Cooperatives of the Republic of Kenya on Inspection, Quarantine and Veterinary Sanitary Requirements for the Export of Wild Aquatic Products from the Republic of Kenya to China, the import of wild aquatic products from Kenya that complies with the relevant requirements is hereby permitted with immediate effect from the date of issuance of this Announcement.
