In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the provisions of the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Zambia on Sanitary and Phytosanitary Requirements for the Export of Soybean Meal from the Republic of Zambia to China, the import of soybean meal from Zambia that complies with the relevant requirements is hereby permitted with immediate effect from the date of issuance of this Announcement.
