In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the provisions of the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries of the United Republic of Tanzania on Inspection, Quarantine and Veterinary Sanitary Requirements for the Export of Wild Aquatic Products from the United Republic of Tanzania to China, the import of wild aquatic products from Tanzania that comply with the relevant requirements is hereby permitted with immediate effect from the date of issuance of this Announcement.
