In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the provisions of the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Environment, Tourism and Handicrafts of the Union of the Comoros on Quarantine and Sanitary Requirements for the Export of Edible Aquatic Animals from the Union of the Comoros to China, the import of edible aquatic animals from the Union of the Comoros that comply with the relevant requirements is hereby permitted with immediate effect from the date of issuance of this Announcement.
