In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the provisions of the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Lands, Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development of the Republic of Zimbabwe on Phytosanitary and Quarantine Supplementary Requirements for the Export of fresh citrus from Zimbabwe to China, the import of fresh citrus from Zimbabwe is hereby permitted to undergo cold treatment in transit via a third country with immediate effect from the date of issuance of this Announcement.
