In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the provisions of the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources of the Republic of Rwanda on Inspection, Quarantine and Sanitary Requirements for the Export of Dried Nuts from Rwanda to China, the import of dried nuts from Rwanda that comply with the relevant requirements is hereby permitted with immediate effect from the date of issuance of this Announcement.
