In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of China, and the provisions of the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Fisheries and Blue Economy of the Republic of Madagascar on Quarantine and Sanitary Requirements for Marine-caught Ornamental Fish for the Export of Marine-caught Ornamental Fish from the Republic of Madagascar to China, the import of marine-caught ornamental fish from Madagascar that meet relevant requirements is hereby permitted from the date of issuance of this announcement.
