In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of China, and the provisions of the Protocol on Quarantine and Sanitary Requirements for Edible Aquatic Animals to Be Exported from the Republic of Kenya to China (hereinafter referred to as the "Protocol"), jointly signed by the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Mining, Blue Economy and Maritime Affairs of the Republic of Kenya, the import of edible aquatic animals from Kenya that meet relevant requirements is hereby permitted from the date of issuance of this announcement.
