In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of China and the provisions on the inspection and quarantine requirements for cocoa beans imported from S o Tomé and Príncipe as specified by the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (GACC) and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Malawi, the import of shelled peanuts from Malawi that meet the relevant requirements is permitted from the date of issuance of this Announcement.
